The Firm’s office is located in Maryville, Tennessee, having originated in South Knoxville (2005-2007) and Fountain City (2007-2010). The Huddleston Law Firm was founded by Robert L. Huddleston, in November, 2005, and was located in the Times Professional Building on Moody Avenue, approximately one mile south of downtown Knoxville and the Federal and Knox County Courthouses. In December of 2007, the firm relocated to Fountain City and thrived on Essary Drive, down from famous Litton's Restaurant. With the birth of two sons and a practice that was centered more in Blount and Sevier Counties, the firm finally relocated to Maryville at the end of 2010, where it has been ever since.

The Firm's mission is to provide top-notch child welfare legal services to the residents of Blount, Sevier, Knox, Anderson, Roane, Jefferson, Loudon, Union, and Grainger Counties. However, we have finalized adoptions in many additional counties within the Volunteer State. These services primarily deal with litigation in the juvenile courts and adoptions in circuit and chancery courts, but the Firm also drafts simple wills, handles simple divorces, and assists with domestic law matters, such as child custody matters.
